Instructor's Corner
The holidays are upon us and the end of the year is just around the corner. 2019 has been a year of change and more is on the way. I would like to express my gratitude to you for following me all of these years. It has been a pleasure for me to bring you valuable information about Qigong and healthy living.
As we spend time with our family and friends, remember to take time to be in the present moment. Put down your cellphones and other devices and be present with your loved ones. Let them know how much you appreciate them.
While 2019 may have been full of ups and downs, it is important that we don't stay stuck in the past. It is important to focus on what we want in 2020 and not what we don't want. New Years is a time of renewal and a time to recreate your life. Have you thought about what you want to do or be in 2020? A plan and goals for the year are far better than a resolution. Make a plan that details how you will accomplish your goals.
With that said, one of my goals for 2020 is to live more in the present moment. My plan to accomplish this is to practice Qigong daily, spend more time in nature, let go of the past, and stop worrying about the future. Let me know what your goals are and how you plan to accomplish them. I would love to hear from you.
Qigong provides many tools for training the mind, reducing stress, and increasing energy to improve your health. I have benefited from many forms of Qigong. You can experience similar benefits too.
The purpose of the Vital Qi Newsletter is to bring awareness to Qigong and to inform you of Qigong classes and products available at Inner Vitality Qigong.
We also intend on covering other natural health-related topics. We look forward to working with you and growing together as we cultivate inner vitality through the art of Qigong. Please feel free to share this newsletter with family and friends.

Qigong Tip
When you sit down to meditate, you should set an intention for the meditation. What is your desired outcome? Do you want to relax? Do you want more energy? Do you want to be healed? Do you want healing for someone else? Do you want peace? Whatever you want, declare it quietly and internally to yourself. Be positive. Once you have set the intention, visualize your desired outcome. Now you are ready to begin your meditation.
